The information provided will aid in an efficient and timely review, permit and inspection process. Below ground? If yes, please attach a separate size 8 ½ x 11simplified drawing showing capacity of tank, approximate property lines, structures, driveways and respective distances to proposed tank location. Will new gas piping be installed from the tank to the building? Yes Will new gas piping be installed on or within the building? Yes If yes, please attach a separate size 8 ½ x 11 simplified diagram showing pipe size, length of piping run and approximate BTU’s of all connected equipment. Will equipment such as water heaters, furnaces or boilers be new installs? Yes If yes, please attach a diagram of the proposed location. Please be advised that proposed basement or sub-floor locations of equipment require specific review of access, construction, ventilation, and monitoring requirements. If such locations are proposed please attach a separate detailed plan. The California Energy Commission requires that certain energy compliance forms be completed and submitted for new and replacement furnaces. Please contact a California State Licensed Mechanical Contractor or Consultant for assistance in the preparation of subject forms.
