Chair Exercise: This is a full body workout from the chair using free weights, exercise bands, and balls. This class is great for beginners or ad- vanced. You work at your own pace, NO PRESSURE! Yoga Stretch/Tone: This is basic stretch class using Yoga and Pilates to gently stretch, increase range of motion and tone your whole body. All of this is done from a mat on the floor.
