NOTICE OF VACANCIES ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT ADVISORY COMMITTEE Notice is hereby given that there are four vacancies to be filled on the Economic Development Advisory Committee. The Alpine County Board of Supervisors is requesting applications for: One Alpine County Chamber of Commerce Representative. One public member for the term ending 12/31/2025; and Two public members for the term ending 12/31/2026 The Economic Development Element of the Alpine County General Plan Goal No. 49 is to establish a balanced economy that is consistent with sustainable environmental preservation. The objectives are to identify programs to help diversify the economy, help reverse the trend of failing or stagnating businesses and recruit new businesses, and improve services to support economic growth. The Committee will identify and recommend appropriate programs to the Board of Supervisors. The Board of Supervisors will make appointments during a regular Board meeting. Applications will be accepted until all positions are filled.
