CEO to Personnel and Risk SUMMARY: CalPERS requires public members pursuant to CCR section 570.5 to determine employee compensation by reference to an approved and adopted salary schedule that identifies the position title for every employee position and shows the pay rate for each identified position. This change to the Salary Schedule is per approval by the Board of Supervisors at the January 20, 2026 meeting for Health and Human Services Director change to add Public Guardian and increase Range U35 by 10%.
