NOTICE OF VACANCIES ALPINE COUNTY CHILD ABUSE PREVENTION COUNCIL Notice is hereby given that there are six vacancies to be filled on the Alpine County Child Abuse Prevention Council. The Alpine County Board of Supervisors is requesting applications for appointments for the following vacancies: Public Members, Community-at-large term expiring two years from the date of appointment. Community-based children’s services agency representative The purpose and objective of the Alpine County Child Abuse Prevention Council, is to coordinate the community’s efforts to prevent and respond to child abuse (established pursuant to AB 1980, Article 2, Section 18982.2). The Board of Supervisors will make appointments during a regular Board meeting. Applications will be accepted until all positions are filled.
