NOTICE OF VACANCY ALPINE COUNTY MENTAL HEALTH BOARD Notice is hereby given that the Alpine County Board of Supervisors is requesting applications for appointment to the Alpine County Mental Health Board, pursuant to Welfare and Institutions Code §5604. There are six positions to be filled; two Consumer Members for the terms ending May 30, 2022 and May 30 2023; one Consumer Member Alternate for the term ending May 30, 2023; one Family Member for term ending May 30, 2023, one Family Member Alternate for term ending May 30, 2023; one Public Interest Representative for term ending May 30, 2024. The Mental Health Board is comprised for the purpose(s) defined in Welfare and Institutions Code §5604.2, including but not limited to review and evaluate the community’s mental health needs, services, facilities and special problems and to provide an annual report to the Board of Supervisors on such programs and services.
