Bridge rail upgrade on two bridges and one bridge replacement. PURPOSE: Replace the existing nonstandard bridge rails to current standards and replace one bridge. One side of the bridge will be removed and reconstructed during the first stage, while the opposite side of the bridge will be removed and reconstructed during the second stage.
