PUBLIC NOTICE ALPINE COUNTY AUDIT AND FINANCE COMMITTEE MEETING A meeting of the Alpine County Audit and Finance Committee will be held Tuesday, April 29, 2014, at 3 p.m. at the Temporary County Administration Building, 50 Diamond Valley Road, Woodfords, CA. Members of the committee: Treasurer‐Auditor, Senior Financial Officer, Donald M. Jardine (District 1 Supervisor), Mary Rawson (District 5 Supervisor) AGENDA 1. Call to order regular meeting: 3:00 p.m. 2. Oral Communication: General Public Comment This portion of the meeting is an opportunity for members of the public to address the Alpine County Audit and Finance Committee Meeting. No action can be taken on items not appearing on the agenda. 3. Old Business: a. Approval of January 28, 2014, meeting minutes. b. Update on credit card procurement policy revisions c. Update on county procurement ordinance revisions 4. New Business: a. Review audit reports for FYE June 30, 2013. b. Review General Fund year to date budget to actual results for FY 2014 and status of structural deficit. c. Review, discuss and recommend elements for a County budget policy. 5. Adjournment: The Committee will adjourn to the next scheduled meeting, July 29, 2014 at 3:00 p.m. at the Temporary County Administration Building, 50 Diamond Valley Road, Woodfords, CA.
