The Regional Transportation Plan includes recommendations on future highway, local roads, bicycle, pedestrian, airport, and transit improvements over the next 20 years. The meeting will begin with a presentation of the Draft 2020 Regional Transportation Plan and Environmental Document, providing participants an opportunity to view maps and graphics included in the Plan. The Draft 2020 Regional Transportation Plan is available at The public hearing will take place during a regular Local Transportation Commission meeting on March 2, 2021 at 11:00AM.
