NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Alpine County Board of Supervisors Tuesday May 7, 2013 10:00 a.m. Administrative Office Building Markleeville, California PUBLIC HEARING – PROPOSED RATE INCREASE Notice is hereby given that the Alpine County Board of Supervisors will conduct a public hearing regarding an amendment to the franchise agreement (R2011-42) and a proposed rate increase by Douglas Disposal, Inc. for residential and commercial solid waste collection services in Alpine County (east slope). The public hearing will be held during the regular meeting of the Alpine County Board of Supervisors on May 7, 2013 at 10:00 a.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard, at the Alpine County Administrative Office Building, Board Chambers, Markleeville, California. Members of the public are invited to attend the public hearing. Written comments to be included in the administrative record of the proceedings may be mailed to: ALPINE COUNTY CLERK P.O.
