hourly rate $ 91 TATTOO PARLORS Body art/piercing $ 25 Annual Inspection $105 MISCELLANEOUS FEES Replacement permit $ 10 Any permittee who fails to renew their permit on or before July 31 of each year, shall pay a penalty of 10% of the regular permit fee before their permit may be renewed; such penalty shall be assessed until all permit fees and penalties have been paid and the permit renewed, or the permittee ceases the activity and/or closes the premises for which the permit was required. Fees paid to receive a permit, inspection, or certification or other service from the Alpine County Health Department in accordance with this Resolution are non-refundable. Any fee established herein for a permit for a new facility, or for a new permit required due to a change in ownership of an existing permitted facility, shall be prorated on a quarterly basis. A seasonal permit may be issued for facilities that operate for less than six consecutive months during the fiscal year. The fee for a seasonal permit shall be 50% of the annual operating permit fee.
