Therefore, in accordance with IC 6- 3.6-3-6(g), each individual who is a member of the Taxing Unit fiscal body is allocated a share of the Tax Unit’ votes rounded to nearest one hundredth I.e., Allen County Council has 7 members and 23.12 votes or 3.30 votes per member.
