Type of component: I-joist ____roof trusses This structure: has “advanced structural components” in the floor. has “advanced structural components” in the roof. does not have “advanced structural components.” Applicant This form will be uploaded into the permit record and a copy sent to the CCP of Allen County within the next 90 days as required by law. This information is used to protect first responders where the potential of compromised structural integrity is potentially present
