MOBILE HOME TRANSFER PROCESS SELLER PROVIDES THE BUYER WITH A COPY OF TITLE. BUYER OBTAINS MOBILE HOME PERMIT FROM THE TREASURE'S OFFICE AND PROVIDES A COPY OF THE MOBILE HOME TITLE. TREASURER WILL VERIFY IF TAXES OR COLLECTIONS ARE DUE BEFORE PROCESSING. TREASURER'S OFFICE REQUESTS THE BUYER FILLS OUT THE MH QUESTIONNAIRE AND VISITS THE ASSESSOR'S OFFICE. IN THE ASSESSOR'S OFFICE, REVIEW THE PROPERTY RECORD CARD WITH THE BUYER. ASK IF THE MOBILE HOME QUESTIONNAIRE HAS BEEN COMPLETED. PROVIDE A COPY IF NEEDED. BUYER TAKES PERMIT AND TITLE TO THE BMV TO TRANSFER THE TITLE TO THEIR NAME. BUYER PROVIDES THE NEW TITLE TO THE ASSESSOR'S OFFICE. ASSESSOR'S OFFICE COMMINICATES TO THE TAXPAYER TO VISIT THE AUDITOR'S OFFICE TO APPLY FOR ELIGILBE DEDUCTIONS.
