Alexander County North Carolina Request for Proposals No. 2023- 0201 Managed Print Services ADDENDUM #1 - 02/02/2023 1. The RFP document posted on 02/01/2023 contained an error in Section 10 – Appendix A “Cost Proposal”. On page 1 of 2 of Appendix the chart showing estimated usage totals contained erroneous estimates. The chart was revised to reflect accurate average usage totals for the prior year. 2. Question: “Will Alexander County require all new machines to be deployed or allow used machines?” a. Answer: Alexander County does not have a preference on the use of used or new machines to be provided under the proposal. The only stipulation is that machines provided must be up-to-date and in good working order. The County’s preference would be new machines, however if the vendor elects to provide a mixture of new and used machine, this is permissible. END OF ADDENDUM 1
