Alexander County Sterling Road Neighborhood Revitalization Project Request for Proposal for Lead-Based Paint Risk Assessor Alexander County has received a Neighborhood Revitalization Community Development Block Grant to rehabilitate at least fifteen (15) houses. An initial risk assessment inspection, report and recommendation for abatement of lead-based paint (LBP) is required for each house to be rehabilitated. A final clearance inspection and certification are required after the rehabilitation is complete. If you are interested in bidding on the LBP risk assessment and clearance inspection for this CDBG project, please include the following information in your proposal: 1. Name, address and phone number of your company 2. List of certification 3. Brief narrative and/or description of services that will be provided 4. Cost estimate for risk assessment and for clearance inspection per unit 5.
