RFP 2020-34 ADDENDUM #5 November 30, 2020 The following information is provided as a result of QUESTION(s) posed by vendor(s): QUESTION 1: When submitting proposals via BidNetDirect.com, what should we enter as the Bid Price? It looks as though a single number is required by BidNetDirect, but the RFP asks for multiple hourly staff rates. ANSWER 1: You may include your cost proposal, including the hourly staff rates, in the PDF of the Proposal. For the price when entering via BidNetDirect.com portal, you may enter a so that the field is satisfied. QUESTION 2: The RFP mentions the City’s intent to issue a separate RFP for a GIS Needs Assessment. Would the awarded vendor of this RFP be precluded from bidding on the GIS Needs Assessment RFP? ANSWER 2: No, an awarded vendor is not precluded from bidding on the GIS Needs Assessment RFP. QUESTION 3: Do the title page and table of contents count toward the 10-page limit? ANSWER 3: No, the ten-page limit only applies to the Statement of Qualifications. QUESTION 4: Could the City clarify what’s required or requested in the 10-page proposal response? Section 3.1 and Section 4 both seem to give requirements about the proposal content, but they do not seem to align with each other. For example, Section 3.1 of the RFP suggests that a cover letter is required, whereas section 4 does not mention a cover letter. If a cover letter is required, does it count toward the 10-page limit? ANSWER 4: The Statement of Qualifications should address all requests for information listed in Section 3.1.2 and all requests for information listed in Section 4.2, on Page 6 of the RFP. The cover letter does not count toward the ten-page limit. The ten-page limit only applies to the Statement of Qualifications. ---PAGE BREAK--- QUESTION 5: Section 3.1 requests that statements of qualifications include “Identification of the entity/firm's professional staff members” (which seems of key importance to this project) but section 4 does not mention staffing. Could the City clarify in what section of our proposal should we describe our professional staff members? Is the 10-page statement of qualifications mentioned in Section 3.1 a separate document from the Proposal Contents that are listed in Section 4 of the RFP? ANSWER 5: The Statement of Qualifications should include the list of professional staff members who will be working on the contract.
