Questions and Answers #3 RFP No. 2020-35 Posted December 7, 2020 QUESTION 1: In regards to the above referenced RFP, is the City of Albany looking for the 30% M/WBE utilization to be split evenly (15% WBE and 15% MBE) or can the full 30% be given to an MBE? ANSWER 1: The 30% MWBE must be split equally between MBE and WBE.
