RFP 2019-43 ADDENDUM #2 January 13, 2020 The following information is provided as a result of question(s) posed by vendor(s): QUESTION : Can two separate tow companies operate out of the same storage facility and dispatch office under the Albany contract? Do they need to have two separate locations? ANSWER Each tow company will be required to live up to its individual obligations per its respective contract with the City of Albany. Two separate tow companies can operate out of the same storage facility as long as the operation out of the shared facility does not disrupt either contract.
