ANSWER No, by the time the proposals are due, the RFP will have been posted for several weeks. QUESTION What additional details are you willing to provide, if any, beyond what is stated in bid documents concerning how you will identify the winning bid? ANSWER Prices will be obtained by the formal RFP process and each Proposal will be evaluated in the manner set forth in the RFP. QUESTION Was this bid posted to the nationwide free bid notification website at www.mygovwatch.com/free? ANSWER No. QUESTION Other than your own website, where was this bid posted? ANSWER This RFP was also posted on BidNetDirect.com in addition to the City’s website.
