It is no secret that our fire, police, and dispatch personnel face grueling work conditions – even without the threat of COVID-19. As most in our community will be focused on protecting themselves and their families, our first responders will be called upon to continue the important work they do every day – under greater stress and at even greater risk. Please know that I am committed to ensuring that each of you have every resource you need as you continue to respond during this crisis. And should you need anything, each and every one of you have an open door to my office. Please do not hesitate to stop in or call. I am here and I have your back.
