RFP 2020-24 ADDENDUM #1 September 30, 2020 The following information is provided as a result of question(s) posed by vendor(s): QUESTION : I have a question with regard to the online submission of our response to the City of Albany RFP 2020-24 for Environmental Services requiring us to enter a total bid price under the “Pricing” tab. We are offering our legal services at hourly rates which are broken down in our cost proposal within the main response – is there an option to enter “See Cost Proposal” at this tab or does it need to be a dollar amount? ANSWER 1: If referring to the online submission through BidNetDirect.com, please follow the instructions. For example, if the response tab requires a dollar amount, please put the hourly rate. If the response tab allows for other characters besides numbers, you may refer to a separate Cost Proposal with hourly rates broken down. If submitting your Proposal by paper submission or submitting a PDF through the BidNetDirect.com portal, please feel free to address the Cost Proposal/Hourly Rate Breakdown as you see fit within your Proposal document.
