Addendum No. 3 1 of 1 February 12, 2021 LINCOLN PARK AMPHITHEATER PROJECT CITY OF ALBANY, NEW YORK RFP 2021-04 ADDENDUM NO. 3 ADDENDUM CHANGES: Clarification: A number of inquiries have been made as to the scope of the design work after the Project Development Phase is complete (see paragraph 5.2 of the RFP). While there may not be budget available to complete the construction of all the work, it is the intent of this project to complete the design of all the elements included in the project scope to make them “shovel ready” whether they be included in the bid documents for the Amphitheater project or included in future construction projects.
