I am Lillian Moy, of the Legal Aid Society of Northeastern New York, www.lasnny.org . I live in Albany and am committed to this project.. I am a member of ALERT. Through the ABA, I participated in Digital Justice Hacks where local law enforcement and community members exchanged stories and with technologists, developed ideas for apps to improve their relationships. Legal Aid represents many Albany BIPOC’s.
