RFP 2020-12 ADDENDUM #1 March 5, 2020 The following information is provided as a result of question(s) posed by vendor(s): QUESTION 1 : Please confirm that the scope of work for this project incorporates areas adjacent to the trail, but does not include realignment or redesign of the trail itself. ANSWER 1 Design and/or construction of the trail itself is not included in the scope of work. Construction of the entire trail will be complete by summer of 2020. The scope of work only includes enhancements to the area surrounding section 3 of the trail. QUESTION 2 Are the design plans for the trail available for review in the preparation of this proposal? ANSWER 2 No. QUESTION 3: Is there a budget established for construction of the project? ANSWER 3: The approximate budget for construction is $450,000.
