Anthony Owens, Treasurer Karen Strong, Secretary Barbara Smith Notice of Special Meeting of the Albany Water Board Monday, February 8, 2021 @ 9:00am Pursuant to Executive Order No. 202.1, issued by Governor Cuomo on March 12, 2020, and advisories issued by Federal, State, and Local officials related to the COVID-19 virus, the Albany Water Board will convene its February 8, 2021 meeting by Zoom video conference; Members of the public that wish to attend the video conference to provide public comment are asked to pre-register at before February 8, at 8:00 am. In person attendance will not be permitted; The video conference will be recorded. 1. Roll call 2. Public Comment Period 3. New Business • Discuss approval of Resolution 21-14 to authorize the amendment of the Financing Agreement among the Albany Water Board, the City of Albany, and the Albany Municipal Water Finance Authority relating to certain projects and authorizing the execution and delivery of certain documents by the Board in connection with the issuance of 2021 series bonds by the Authority.’ • Discuss Amended Five Year Capital Plan (2021-2025) prepared by ARCADIS of New York dated December, 2020 and revised January 2021. 4. Resolutions • Resolution 21-14: Authorize the amendment of the Second General Resolution and Finance Agreement between the Albany Water Board, the Albany Municipal Water Finance Authority and the City of Albany • Resolution 21-15: Approving Amended Five Year Capital Plan (2021-2025) 5.
