RFQ 2020-02 ADDENDUM #3 October 30, 2020 The following information is provided as a result of question(s) posed by vendor(s): QUESTION 1: Are any of the services contemplated by the RFQ subject to the New York State prevailing wage laws? ANSWER 1: The City takes the position that the services contemplated by the RFQ are not considered “public work” and therefore are not subject to the New York State prevailing wage laws.
