ADDENDUM #2 RFP No. 2020-37 Posted December 23, 2020 The following information is provided as a result of question(s) posed by vendor(s): QUESTION 1: The RFP states that hazardous materials testing is only needed at certain buildings, and is not included for the police and fire stations. Does the City have copies of the hazardous materials for these two buildings? ANSWER 1: Hazardous material reports for those buildings are not needed as the buildings were built in the mid 80's and 90's. . QUESTION 2: The RFP states to assume up to 10 hazmat samples will be taken. Do you know if that is per building or for the whole project? ANSWER 2: That would be for the entire project.
