EMERGENCY ORDER 315.2.64 Emerqency Order Extendine the Moratorium on the Issuance or Service of Orders ojf Eviction in the Citv of Albanv Pursuant to the Emereencv Declaration of March 1"5. 2020 and Renewed Thereafter Related to the Outbreak of COVID-l9 I, Kathy Sheehan, Mayor, of the City of Albany, New York, in accordance with a Declaration of State of Emergency executed on the l5th day of March 2020, and renewed the l3th day of Aprilz}z},the 12th day of May 2020, the 1 1tr' day of June.2020, the 1Oth day of July 202A, the 10th day of August 2020, the 9tl' day of September 202A, tjdre 9fr day of October 2020, the 9th day of November 202A, the 8tl' day of December 2020, do hereby extend by five days the Emergency Order issuing a moratorium on the issuance and/or service of any orders of eviction in the City of Albany by suspending Albany City Code $30-13(N) with respect to actions commenced pursuant to NY Real Property Actions and Proceedings Law Article 7 issued on March 15, 2020 pursuant to the Emergency Declaration of March !5,2020, and thereafter renewed. Pursuant to Executive Law $ 24(2), such extension shall be for five additional days to January 25, 2021 or until removed by my order or upon termination of the Emergency Declaration of March 15,202A, and thereafter renewed.
