RFP 2019-44 ADDENDUM #2 January 10, 2020 The following information is provided as a result of question(s) posed by vendor(s): QUESTION We charge by the hour for services, and the scope of services is rather broad and so it is difficult to know exactly how many hours would be required. In Section 6.1 I can submit a cost proposal that details our hourly rates and typically how many hours different grants and research would take. Is that sufficient? ANSWER Yes, a quote based on hourly rate is acceptable. QUESTION When do you anticipate announcing awards for this RFP? ANSWER Timing of contract award is within the discretion of the City and no timeline has been set forth. No formal announcement is made but all responses to the RFP and the contract(s) that will follow thereafter are documents subject to FOIL and can be obtained through formal FOIL request(s).
