Questions and Answers RFP No. 2020-36 Posted December 14, 2020 The following information is provided as a result of question(s) posed by vendor(s): QUESTION 1: Can we get a time extension of one week? The current two-week turn-around is difficult for us. ANSWER 1. Yes we can grant an extension if requested. Any extensions will be posted as an addendum at BidNetDirect.com and on the City’s website. QUESTION 2. Under Section 4.1A, please clarify that the Educational Coordinator would work 37.5 hours per week. ANSWER 2. This is a white collar civil service position so it would be subject to the same hours currently in place within the department. QUESTION 3. How will the proposals be scored? For example, we are not a MBE/WBE, but potentially could team with a MBE/WBE if necessary. ANSWER 3: There are many items will we score the proposal on - MBE would be one of them.
