SHEEHAN Mevon RE EMERGENCY ORDER 315-2.65 Emergency Order Extendinq the Moratorium on the Issuance or Service of Orders of Eviction in the City of Albany Pursuant to the Emersencv Declaration of March 15.2020 I, Kathy Sheehan, Mayor, of the City of Albany, New York, in accordance with a Declaration of State of Emergency executed on the 15th day of March 2A2A, andrenewed the l3th day of April2A20, the 12th day ofMay2020,the 1ltl'dayofJune 2020,the lOsdayofJuly2020,the l0thdayofAugust 202A,the96dayof September 202A, the 9th day of October 2AZA, the 9n day of Novernber 202A, the 8tr day of December 2020, do hereby extend by five days the Emergency Order issuing a moratorium on the issuance and/or service of any orders of eviction in the City of Albany by suspending Albany City Code $30-13(N) with respect to actions commenced pursuant to NY Real Property Actious and Proceedings Law Article 7 issued on March 15,2020 pursuant to the Emergency Declaxation of March 15,202,0, and thereafter renewed. Pursuant to Executive Law i 24(2), such extension shall be for five additional days to January 30, 202L or until removed by my order or upon termination of the Emergency Declaration of March 15,2020, and thereafter renewod.
