RFP 2020-29 ADDENDUM #4 November 17, 2020 The following information is provided as a result of question(s) posed by vendor(s): QUESTION 1: Are indirect costs permitted in the Cost Proposal? If so, is there a limit on what percentage of direct costs can be budgeted for indirect costs? ANSWER 1: Indirect costs may be included in the Cost Proposal, if it helps to paint a clearer picture of the overall Cost. There is no restriction in place but the City reserves the right to review all aspects of the Proposal and request additional information to clarify the Proposal, as the City deems necessary. QUESTION 2: Regarding the requirement to provide “Proof that Proposer at all times obtains and maintains all licenses required by Federal, State and Local Laws to perform the services contemplated by this Agreement,” can you tell me what kind of licenses this refers to? ANSWER 2: As of right now, the City is unaware of any licenses that the selected Proposer(s) would be required to obtain. The selected Proposer(s), however, will be under a continuing obligation to adhere to all Federal, State and Local Laws, which may, in the future, require the selected Proposer(s) to obtain and maintain a license to perform the services contemplated by this RFP.
