Updated February 2015 Storm Drain Maze INSTRUCTIONS: Make sure that only rain goes down the storm drain. Lead the water droplet though the maze and into the storm drain. Cities and towns have more stormwater runoff than other areas in the country because they have more concrete. The water cannot soak into the ground since all of the cement blocks the water, so it goes straight into the storm drains where it flows directly into the Bay or Ocean.
