RFP 2020-19 ADDENDUM #4 July 28, 2020 The following information is provided as a result of question(s) posed by vendor(s): QUESTION 1: Section 3.1.C. of the RFP requests "Proof that Proposer at all times obtains and maintains all licenses required by Federal, State, and Local Laws to perform the services contemplated by this RFP" can you please specify which licenses, if any, would be required to perform the services required by this RFP? ANSWER 1. All Proposers should list their current licenses, however, the selected Proposer is not required to hold any specific license or licenses to complete this project. QUESTION 2. Is a technical workplan expected to be submitted addressing how the proposer will accomplish the Scope of Services outlined in Section 4? If so, is that to be included in the Statement of Qualifications? If to be submitted separate from the Statement of Qualifications, is there a page limit for this technical portion of the RFP response? ANSWER 2. While not required, Proposers are welcome to submit a workplan with tasks which correspond to the Scope of Services. The workplan is not subject to the ten-page limit imposed upon the Statement of Qualifications and the workplan may be submitted in a separate section from that of the Statement of Qualifications as a part of the overall Proposal
