Anthony Owens, Treasurer Barbara Smith, Secretary Karen Strong, Assistant Secretary NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING OF THE ALBANY MUNICIPAL WATER FINANCE AUTHORITY Thursday January 28, 2021 @ 8:00am Main Conference Room City of Albany Department of Water and Water Supply 10 North Enterprise Drive Albany, New York 12204 Pursuant to Executive Order No. 202.1, issued by Governor Cuomo on March 12, 2020, and advisories issued by Federal, State, and Local officials related to the COVID‐19 virus, the Albany Municipal Water Finance Authority will convene a special meeting on January 28, 2021, meeting by Zoom video conference; In person attendance will not be permitted; The video conference will be recorded. 1. Roll call 2. Approval of Minutes December 18, 2020 meeting (if no objection, reading of minutes dispensed). 3. Discuss approval of Resolution 21‐01 to authorize the amendment of the Second General Resolution 4. Discuss approval of Resolution 21‐02 to authorize bonding of new money ($25 million) and Refunding of 2011A Series Bond 5. Resolutions 6. Enter Executive Session.1 7. Exit Executive Session. 8. Schedule for next meeting date – March 25, 2021 9.
