RFP 2020-19 ADDENDUM #2 July 23, 2020 The following information is provided as a result of question(s) posed by vendor(s): QUESTION It is our assessment that conducting a research-based and detailed review of the relevant data would exceed the timeline proposed in the RFP. Based on our experience, we believe the earliest we could provide a summary of preliminary findings would be November 1, 2020. We also project delivery of a full draft report on this evaluation by January 1, 2021. These dates would be contingent upon contract award by August 15, 2020, and prompt and timely delivery of all data required for analysis. Any delay in project commencement would result in an equal adjustment to our delivery timeline. Given these assumptions, would the City consider a proposal that includes this revised timeline? ANSWER The City intends to review Proposals during the month of August. Each Proposal should indicate whether or not the respective Proposer is able to meet the deadline for the initial report. If the Proposer is unable to meet the deadline, the Proposal should provide a reason and a new prospective deadline, e.g. 30 days after contract award. QUESTION On pages 5 & 6: Section 4.2, section B Conduct interviews of the following personnel: #9 Additional community leaders/stakeholders. Can you provide an estimate on how many interviews the city is anticipating this might be? ANSWER The number of interviews will be determined based on initial planning conversations between the City and the selected Proposer as well as the availability of community leaders and stakeholders.
