Questions and Answers RFP No. 2020-35 Posted November 10, 2020 Question 1: I would like to ask for clarification on Section 7: Cost Proposal. Does the City of Albany plan to participate in private partnerships or a park trust to supplement the design and construction budget of $400,000? Answer 1: The budget for the entire project for design and construction is no more than $400,000 and the City does not anticipate any additional funding sources for the scope of the current project. Question 2: What items in the RFP would be included in section 7.1 versus 7.2? It is unclear to me if Section 7.2 compensation is to be listed as a subset of Section 7.1. Answer 2: A complete cost proposal includes a cost for all services referenced in Section 5 – Scope of Services & Task Specific Deliverables and includes a breakdown of person hours by each task in the scope and associated billing rates.
