Questions and Answers RFP No. 2019-42 Posted December 17, 2019 Q 1: Is it permissible for any of the exercise planning meetings to be conducted virtually? A 1: The meetings must be held in person, not virtually. Q 2: Will the City provide the venue for conduct of the TTX and the related audio/visual requirements for the venue? A 2 The City MAY provide a venue depending on location availability, and therefore A/V may or may not be available depending on the location. Q 3: Is the contractor responsible for any food or beverage costs in support of conduct of the exercises? A 3: The contractor is NOT responsible for food or beverage costs. Q 4: Section 3.1 of the RFP states there is a limitation of 10 pages for a statement of qualifications. Does this limitation apply to only the statement of qualifications since other information and forms are required by the RFP? May proposals include additional pages, beyond the ten for the statement of qualifications, to address the technical approach to the project? A 4: The ten (10) page limit in Section 3.1 of the RFP only applies to the statement of qualifications of each proposer. This limitation does not apply to the proposal itself.
