RFP 2020-02 ADDENDUM #1 January 17, 2020 The following information is provided as a result of question(s) posed by vendor(s): QUESTION – Are there any union requirements or just a prevailing wages requirements? ANSWER - The following contracts are subject to the City of Albany’s Living Wage Ordinance: contracts awarded primarily for furnishing services to or for the City which involve an expenditure by the City of at least twenty thousand dollars (00/100) ($20,000.00) during a period of one year, or the retention by the respective contractor of fees of at least thirty thousand dollars (00/100) ($30,000.00) during a period of one year. If the contract award involves an expenditure or a retention of fees in the aforementioned amounts, the contract awardee(s) shall be required to comply with the City of Albany’s Living Wage Ordinance and to provide a completed Living Wage Compliance Form (annexed to the RFP document) prior to the City’s execution of the contract(s). This RFP is strictly for the design phase, only. Other requirements may apply to the construction contract. QUESTION - Do you have an estimated budget or value for this project? ANSWER - No. A construction estimate has not yet been completed
