RFP 2020-03 ADDENDUM #1 January 15, 2020 The following information is provided as a result of question(s) posed by vendor(s): QUESTION Will the City of Albany agree to waive the requirement for Pollution Liability Coverage stated at Section 12.1(e) on page 8 of the RFP? We make this request since this coverage applies to hazardous waste materials and is totally unrelated to any of the "soft" professional services which a consultant would be providing in connection with this RFP? ANSWER Yes, the City will waive the requirement for Pollution Liability Coverage for the contract awardee(s) given the nature of the services contemplated by this RFP.
