Questions and Answers RFP No. 2019-39 Posted December 20, 2019 Q 1: What are the current fees for the services requested in the RFP? A 1: The City elects to withhold this information as this RFP seeks proposals that are submitted independent of the current fee arrangement. Q 2: Is the current provided eligible to bid on this contract? A 2: Yes. Q 3: Can we have a copy of the most recent OPEB valuation? A 3: This information will be provided to the contract awardee. Q 4: Why is the City of Albany conducting this search? A 4: The current contract expired and the City seeks proposals for this service as part of its procurement procedure. Q 5: Can we have a copy of the most recent full actuarial report completed for these purposes? A 5: See A3. Q 6: Can we have the current annual full valuation pricing and annual roll-forward pricing? A 6: The City declines to provide this information. Q 7: Section 4.2 of the RFP asks for footnotes to be prepared for fiscal years 2018 and 2019 - are these years correct, has the footnote for fiscal 2018 not been completed? A 7: That is a typo. The footnote for 2018 is not required.
